House Rules
- The minimum rental time is 4 hours for photo booking and 6 hours for video booking.
- Working hours are 09.00-21.00 from Monday to Friday.
- For weekend bookings, an extra charge of EUR 80/day applies.
- Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee pure sound recording due to possible echo of the hall.
- Food and drinks are not allowed inside the all-white studio.
- If the tenant uses the studio dishes it has the obligation to wash them otherwise a fee of 30 euro will be applied.
- The use of the studio starts from the time actually booked and ends 10 minutes before the end of the reservation.
- From 23.00 to 09.00 an extra charge of EUR 30/hour applies.
- When shooting with flowers or other props that cause a lot of dirt an extra charge of EUR 50 for extra cleaning applies.
- When entering the all-white studio, shoe covers or a pair of change-clean shoes with a white sole are mandatory.
- For excessive garbage, more than one 240l bin, an extra charge of
EUR 25 applies.
For damage and breakage of studio equipment and accessories, the tenant bears full financial responsibility and reimburses losses in the amount and volume, in agreement with the administration of the studio. At the end of the shooting, the equipment is checked by the administrator without fail.
